Welcome to the introductory tutorial to ACEMAPP’s directory system. In this tutorial, we will look at adding members and uploading member documents. The Directory system allows you to create and manage Members specific to your organization. This includes adding programs, sharing across multiple facilities or schools, managing schedules, providing precepting details, and license information. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Directory: Manage Members
Member Types:
The Directory system allows you to create and manage accounts specific to your organization. This includes adding programs, sharing across multiple facilities or schools, managing schedules, providing preceptor details, and license information. This also provides your students and faculty to view this directory list.
Directory Member Document Upload
Member Types:
The Directory system allows you to create and manage Member's specific to your organization. Once you add a Directory Member, you are able to upload documents specific to that member.
Member Requirement Document Log
Member Types:
The Member Requirement Document Log gives entity coordinators access to various filters for viewing documents that have been uploaded by members. You can filter by "Display Approved," "Display Pending," and "Display Denied." Based on the filters set, ACEMAPP will pull all requirement documents for you to review and display audit data.
Directory Entities Document Upload
Member Types:
The Directory system allows you to create and manage non-ACEMAPP entities specific to your organization. Once you add a Directory Entity, you are able to upload documents specific to that entity. Once you add a Directory Entity and connect a Member to the Entity, you are able to upload documents specific to the member and entity connection.
Managing Member Requirement Documents
Member Types:
ACEMAPP allows members to upload, share, and store documents. As a school or clinical coordinator, if a document is required by your school or clinical site, it will need to be approved. To manage requirement documents uploaded by your members, please follow the steps below.
Assure Member User Guide
Member Types:
ACEMAPP Assure is a professional document review service with personalized service and support. You are responsible for uploading your Assure requirement documentation for review. Documents are stored on a secure platform and can be accessed anytime by your file manager in ACEMAPP.
Faculty Document Manager
Member Types:
The Faculty Document Manager is a feature that (when enabled by the school) allows faculty to manage student requirement documents associated with any rotation they are assigned to.
Managing Member Affiliation Requests
Member Types:
Manage affiliations of students or members that are still pending approval, either your approval or theirs.
Expiring Member Report
Member Types:
The Expiring Member Report shows members (by member type) which have an expiring requirement within an indicated, upcoming number of days.

Directory Entities and Members: Student View
Member Types:
The Directory system allows your school to manage a list of Entities and Members. This list is managed by your school. If you have any questions about a listed entity or member, please reach out to your school coordinator.

Managing Member Tiered Requirements
Member Types:
Tiered requirements are divided into separate groups for completion and are used to manage requirements belonging to a series. Please review the description in the tiered requirement to ensure member documents or completion dates are uploaded/entered into the appropriate group to meet compliance. The student must select only one group to upload/enter completion dates according to how they meet compliance.
Uploading Your ACEMAPP Requirements
Member Types:
Completing your ACEMAPP requirements is an essential first step toward participating in a clinical rotation. The documents you upload through ACEMAPP are available for your school coordinator to review.
Accessing Clinical Site Requirement Documents
Member Types:
View documents that members download, complete, and upload for clinical site requirements.
Member Types:
It is helpful to group members in ACEMAPP using tags. You can create tags for students by graduating class, cohort, or any other way that may be beneficial. Members can have multiple different tags, as well.
Checking Member Compliance with School and Site Requirements

Managing Member Requirement Dates
Member Types:
As a school or clinical coordinator, you can enter individual completion and expiration dates for requirements. Bulk uploading requirement dates allows you to enter dates for multiple students at the same time.
Assign Member(s) to Rotation
Member Types:
When you assign a member to a rotation, they receive notification of the rotation details and are prompted to check their account for clinical requirements. Students or Faculty can access clinical site requirements only after being assigned to the rotation.
Managing Expiring Members
Member Types:
If your organization pays for member accounts (i.e., Students), you will receive a notification on your ACEMAPP home screen. This notification will let you know when you have upcoming invoices that contain member accounts that are about to expire.
Submitting Applications
Member Types:
ACEMAPP Applications are used to assist members with requesting a clinical rotation, connecting with an entity as an employee, and observing/shadowing opportunities. This is a feature and my not be present for the organization you are interested in.
Bulk Upload New Members
Member Types:
Bulk uploading members is a quick and efficient way to add new members for management in ACEMAPP.
Managing Membership Status
Member Types:
Using the bulk manage feature is easy to change a student member's status in ACEMAPP between Active, Graduated, and On Hold.
