School and clinical site coordinators can use the Expiring Members Report to identify students, faculty, and other members with compliance items set to expire within a selected time frame (e.g., 30 or 60 days). This guide provides step-by-step instructions for running the report and managing upcoming expirations effectively.
From your homepage, click the "Reporting" tab on your navigation bar to access the Expiring Members Report.
Select the "Members" tab and locate the Expiring Members Report. Click "Run Report" to open the report filters.
In the top-right corner of the screen, choose either the "View by Affiliation" or "View by Rotation" button.
By Affiliation shows compliance items required by the school.
By Rotation shows compliance items required by the clinical site.
Complete the required fields:
Member Type: Choose the member type (e.g., student, faculty).
Days: Select the time frame (e.g., within the next 10, 30, 60 days).
Data Type: Choose the type of compliance data (e.g., Standard Requirement, Assessment).
The Tag (filter by tagged data) and Program filters are optional.
Once you’ve selected your filters, click "Submit" to apply them.
In the results table at the bottom, click the "View (Eye)" icon under the Actions column to open the Expiring Requirement Report.
Enter the required data in the fields below.
Once you're ready, click "Run Report" to generate the report.
You will be redirected to the Expiring Members Report Results page. The report will display the following details for each member:
The name(s) of the compliance item(s)
Compliance item type (e.g., assessment, requirement)
Expiration date of each item
NOTE: To export the report for an individual member, click the "Export" button at the top right of the table.
If you need to adjust the date range or any other information for the student, click the "Start Over" button next to the Report Filters section and repeat Step 2.
To download the report, click the "Export" button located at the top right of the table.
