Check Evaluation Completion Status

You can check the status of member evaluations if your organization has enabled this feature during evaluation setup. This guide walks you through accessing evaluations via the Rotations tab and viewing member responses.

When you receive a notification that you have an evaluation "Awaiting Approval," follow these steps to review the evaluation and sign off electronically.

Your school and/or clinical site may assign you an evaluation to complete in ACEMAPP. When an evaluation is assigned, you will receive a notification directly on your ACEMAPP home page. Please be sure to log in regularly and complete any assigned evaluations by the due date.

Evaluation committee members review and approve completed evaluations.

Evaluation Member List

Member Types:

The Evaluation Member List allows school and clinical site coordinators to monitor and manage evaluations for their members. Coordinators can track evaluation statuses, view or download completed evaluations, access comments and committee signatures, and resend or delete evaluations as needed—ensuring timely completion and oversight of all evaluations within their program.
