Student Dashboard
Member Types:
The Central Dashboard connects you to other aspects of ACEMAPP and provides a central hub to connect to your member accounts.

If you have multiple ACEMAPP user types, you may now set a “primary dashboard.” Your primary dashboard is the page you are automatically directed to upon logging in to ACEMAPP.
View Your Connected Communities
Member Types:
Find your connected communities on your Professional home page.
Accessing a Member's ePortfolio
Member Types:
Access a student's ePortfolio to review the educational, professional, and extracurricular accomplishments they have uploaded into ACEMAPP.

Member Types:
After successfully completing a rotation you where assigned to, you can now leave professional referral for those students attached to that rotation.
Professional Dashboard
Member Types:
In ACEMAPP you will have access to a variety of tools that connected you with employers. Check-In with your ACEMAPP account on a regular basis to know when you have matched with an employer.
View Faculty Postings
Member Types:
ACEMAPP Careers allows faculty to search for and match with faculty postings. 
Mentors & Mentees: Complete Mentoring Modules
Member Types:
Mentoring Modules, each module is part of a curriculum developed by professional educators and was designed specifically for health care providers.
Managing References
Member Types:
The reference system in ACEMAPP allows Faculty or Preceptors to give professional references regarding the just-completed Rotation or Course.
Member Types:
School Coordinators can see a faux view of a member's account (student, high school student, company staff, and observers). This feature is view only with no option to click on anything but will give you an idea of what the member sees from their main dashboard.
Membership Period: How to Make a Payment
Member Types:
Your membership date is set by your School Coordinator upon registration into ACEMAPP, and is good for one year. This information is located on the left-side of your dashboard in the "Membership Period" window.
Mentors: Accept/Deny Mentee Rotation
Member Types:
Mentors - Accept/Deny Mentee Rotations Within the Mentoring Project, a potential mentee will request a mentoring rotation with a mentor. If you are the requested mentor, a notification will appear on your dashboard.
View Announcements from Schools/Sites
Member Types:
Announcements are located on the bottom-left side of your dashboard. They are created by either your school and/or the clinical site at which you will be attending your rotation(s) and contain important information, so be sure to check here often.
Networking
Member Types:
Networking inside ACEMAPP between professionals and hiring communities is accomplished within the Networking feature.
View Community Wall Posts
Member Types:
If you are connected to any 'communities' in ACEMAPP, you may see posts from their organization(s).
Managing Information You Share With Communities
Member Types:
If you are following any communities in ACEMAPP, administrators from those organizations can see limited details about you. Use this guide to manage what information is public to community administrators.
Join a Community
Member Types:
Connect with an ACEMAPP Community. ACEMAPP Communities allow you to see news and updates and connect with recruiters from organizations you're interested in. You may be prompted to connect with an organization's community after you've been assigned to a rotation with them.

ACEMAPP interfaces with QualifiedFirst® to simplify the compliance process for you. QualifiedFirst® (by Verified Credentials) is used for background checks, drug testing and clinical requirement verification.

Member Types:
See which professionals have followed your community.
Preceptor Assignment Report
Member Types:
The Preceptor Assignment Report lists preceptors and shows the current rotation(s) they are assigned to.
Opt-out Email Report
Member Types:
ACEMAPP allows members to control the messages or emails they receive from ACEMAPP. The Opt-out Email Report will enable you to view the members associated with your organization who have opted out of emails.
