Directory System Reporting

Reporting Directory

Member Types:

The Entity or Member data in the Directory can easily be exported to a .csv file. This guide walks users through the process of exporting Directory Entities and Members, as well as accessing the Last Used Report. Use this guide if you need to download organizational or member information for reporting, record-keeping, auditing, or administrative review within ACEMAPP.

Document Status Report

Member Types:

The Document Status Report allows you to review member requirement documents. This report displays the document status, when the document was managed, and by whom. If the document was denied, the deny note is also displayed.

Email Opt-Out Report

Member Types:

ACEMAPP allows members to control the messages or emails they receive from ACEMAPP. The Opt-out Email Report will enable you to view the members associated with your organization who have opted out of emails.

Email Verification Report

This report provides a list of members who have not verified their email addresses.

Expiring Member Report

The Expiring Members Report displays members with compliance items set to expire within a specified time frame. This report helps schools and clinical sites proactively manage upcoming expirations and ensure continued compliance.
