If you are connected to any 'communities' in ACEMAPP, you may see posts from their organization(s).
This report allows you to track and report on the number of student hours hosted at the facility and/or health system. You can pull a report based on the active students, student slots hosted, or both during a specific time period.
Download a detailed list of members organized by their individual rotations. Use filters such as date range, program, unit, or course to customize your report and focus on the information you need.
Broadcast messaging allows community admins to communicate with connected professionals through ACEMAPP directly. After sending a broadcast message, community admins can view if and when recipients have opened the message.
Commenting on rotations is a great way to communicate with your school or clinical site partners regarding a specific rotation. Every comment made on a rotation will prompt an automated email notification to fellow coordinators within the same program.

ACEMAPP's Reporting feature allows administrators and clinical coordinators to pull information from within ACEMAPP. Coordinators can select from the multiple reporting options and build and save custom reports for regularly ran queries.

While admins cannot directly manage Pending Member Approval, this guide explains how to assist students in completing the process. The partnership directory is where schools and clinical sites manage their partnerships in ACEMAPP. Use the partnership directory to request new partnerships and manage partnership documents. Schools must have an active partnership with the clinical site to request a rotation.
The Coordinator Communications Report enables you to generate and export partner contact results based on selected filters. You can also use the list of filtered contacts to broadcast message your partners important information.
This report displays your organization's partners by program, the number of rotations with the partner, and the number of members joined to those rotations. Optional filters include partner entity, rotation status, program, and rotation dates.

Evaluation – Providing Feedback to Evalutee (Feedback Loop)

Mentors - Accept/Deny Mentee Rotations Within the Mentoring Project, a potential mentee will request a mentoring rotation with a mentor. If you are the requested mentor, a notification will appear on your dashboard.
