Managing Information You Share With Communities

If you are following any communities in ACEMAPP, administrators from those organizations can see limited details about you. Use this guide to manage what information is public to community administrators.

If you are connected to any 'communities' in ACEMAPP, you may see posts from their organization(s).
School Coordinators can see a faux view of a member's account (student, high school student, company staff, and observers). This feature is view only with no option to click on anything but will give you an idea of what the member sees from their main dashboard.
Connect with an ACEMAPP Community. ACEMAPP Communities allow you to see news and updates and connect with recruiters from organizations you're interested in. You may be prompted to connect with an organization's community after you've been assigned to a rotation with them.
In ACEMAPP you will have access to a variety of tools that connected you with employers. Check-In with your ACEMAPP account on a regular basis to know when you have matched with an employer.
As a coordinator, you can view all rotations associated with your organization and the program(s) which you are associated with. Note: You can only view rotations with programs you have a direct connection with in ACEMAPP.
Units can have their own set of requirements set-up on them. To view how your units are set-up you can go to the "Edit Units" page and see all attached requirements
Requirement Configuration allows coordinators to view how requirements, courses, modules, assessments, shared fields, SCORMs, and more are set up for your Entity in ACEMAPP.
The Personal Schedule system allows students to input and track non-rotation events, such as class schedules. As a school coordinator, you also can view the schedules your students have created in ACEMAPP. If you want to learn more about this feature, please contact ACEMAPP Customer Support.
Commenting on rotations is a great way to communicate with your school or clinical site partners regarding a specific rotation. Every comment made on a rotation will prompt an automated email notification to fellow coordinators within the same program.
Some ACEMAPP Clinical Sites allow you to connect directly as an employee. Applying to affiliate directly with the Clinical Site allows them to manage your ACEMAPP account and manage any Requirements or Learning Materials you may have already completed outside of ACEMAPP.
Connect with your peers online using ACEMAPP Forums. View topics that interest you, read what other people are saying, or start a new thread of discussion.
Your community profile allows you to share information about your organization with ACEMAPP members. This guide will walk you through updating your community profile.
The Coordinator Communications Report enables you to generate and export partner contact results based on selected filters. You can also use the list of filtered contacts to broadcast message your partners important information.
Download a detailed list of members organized by their individual rotations. Use filters such as date range, program, unit, or course to customize your report and focus on the information you need.
This report allows you to track and report on the number of student hours hosted at the facility and/or health system. You can pull a report based on the active students, student slots hosted, or both during a specific time period.
ACEMAPP allows school coordinators to provide additional details on the exact days and times of a rotation, even when they are irregular. This guide will walk you through how to access the Advanced Scheduling feature.
Broadcast messaging allows community admins to communicate with connected professionals through ACEMAPP directly. After sending a broadcast message, community admins can view if and when recipients have opened the message.
Managing your messages is easier than ever using your personal ACEMAPP Inbox. Your ACEMAPP Inbox tracks and stores essential communications regarding your clinical education process.
