Member Types:
Suppose you need the Posted Date updated but are not making any changes to the Opportunity itself. In that case, you can Refresh the Posted Date by clicking the Refresh Now button while in the Edit Opportunity screen.
Member Types:
The Access End Date, previously known as the Graduation Date, is used to clarify when the student should no longer have access to your Entity. Once this date arrives, the student will automatically lose its active affiliation with your organization.
Replicate Rotations

The Replicate Rotations tool allows you to re-request rotations previously created in ACEMAPP. When replicating rotations, you will have the opportunity to change the details of the rotation and add new rotations based on your current needs.
Access/Membership Start Date
Member Types:
The Access/Membership Start Date corresponds to the member's first-year membership period. Members receive access to ACEMAPP 30 days before this date to begin completing their profile, requirements, and assessments. If your member is attending a rotation, this date should be set to 2-4 weeks before their first rotation start date, although this may differ based on the clinical site.

Submitting Applications
Member Types:
ACEMAPP Applications are used to assist members with requesting a clinical rotation, connecting with an entity as an employee, and observing/shadowing opportunities. This is a feature and my not be present for the organization you are interested in.
Managing Member Requirement Dates
Member Types:
As a school or clinical coordinator, you can enter individual completion and expiration dates for requirements. Bulk uploading requirement dates allows you to enter dates for multiple students at the same time.
LMS Report
Member Types:
The LMS Report. This report allows you to see either complete or incomplete assessments by member type and selected assessment.
Course Assignment
Member Types:
You may assign students and course admins to all required courses for their program at once. Their courses and requirements will not be visible until the course start date.
On Site Report
Member Types:
View members on-site for rotations at/from partnering organizations on any given date. Use optional filters, such as course, unit, or partner, to narrow your results. You may email members directly from this report and export results to a CSV format.
Evaluation - Deleting
Member Types:
As an administrator, you can delete any Evaluation prior to the expiration date set for the Evaluation unless members are still in assigned to a valid rotation.
Membership Period: How to Make a Payment
Member Types:
Your membership date is set by your School Coordinator upon registration into ACEMAPP, and is good for one year. This information is located on the left-side of your dashboard in the "Membership Period" window.
Profile Completion Report
Member Types:
After the rotation is approved and everyone assigned to the rotation shows compliance, you will receive an email with a Profile Completion Report attached. You may also access an up-to-date Profile Completion Report in ACEMAPP.

An ACEMAPP Careers profile acts as a single resume for multiple opportunities, allowing you to connect with employers in all 50 states.
Partner Rotation Report
