Welcome to ACEMAPP! In this video, we will preview the functions of a Clinical User account. This video will include how to approve rotations, managing rotations, rotation rosters, managing students and faculty, and keeping track of upcoming rotations.
School User Orientation
Member Types:
School User Orientation Welcome to the New User tutorial. We will walk you through your main responsibilities in ACEMAPP as a school user in order for your student(s) to attend their clinical experience.
School & Clinical Site Profiles
Member Types:
Schools and Clinical Sites can create and customize their organization's unique site profile in ACEMAPP. For Schools, this information is visible to members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) directly affiliated with your organization. For Clinical Sites, this information is visible to members through either a rotation assignment (most common) or a direct affiliation (less common).
Approving Affiliations with Schools or Clinical Sites
Member Types:
As an ACEMAPP member, your affiliations represent who you work with the system and which organizations can access your information. When a school or clinical site requests an affiliation, you will be notified via email and see the "You Have a Pending Affiliation Request(s)" notification upon logging into ACEMAPP.
Creating A Survey in ACEMAPP
Member Types:
Creating a survey is a special feature available to school and clinical site users by request. Once created, surveys can be assigned to students, faculty, and/or preceptors. The ACEMAPP Team is available to assist you in the survey creation and distribution process.

View Announcements from Schools/Sites
Member Types:
Announcements are located on the bottom-left side of your dashboard. They are created by either your school and/or the clinical site at which you will be attending your rotation(s) and contain important information, so be sure to check here often.
Rotation Rosters
Member Types:
Rotation rosters track which members (students, faculty, etc.) will be at each clinical site. The rotation roster gives the clinical site access to view the clinical rotation information, member compliance records, and member profile data.
Accessing Clinical Site Requirement Documents
Member Types:
View documents that members download, complete, and upload for clinical site requirements.
Preceptor Time Log Review
Member Types:
The Time Log feature allows for students to enter and track their time with a Clinical Site and its preceptor. As a Preceptor, you may be required to approve these Time Logs.
Managing Member Requirement Documents
Member Types:
ACEMAPP allows members to upload, share, and store documents. As a school or clinical coordinator, if a document is required by your school or clinical site, it will need to be approved. To manage requirement documents uploaded by your members, please follow the steps below.
Partnerships: Approve & Deny Requests
Member Types:
The partnership directory is where schools and clinical sites manage their partnerships in ACEMAPP. Use the partnership directory to manage partnership requests and partnership documents.
Completing Evaluations
Member Types:
Your school and/or clinical site may assign you an evaluation to complete in ACEMAPP. You will receive a notification on your home page when you have an evaluation that you need to complete.
Reviewing Time Logs
Member Types:
Time logs allow members to track time spent with a preceptor and/or at a clinical site.

Employee Designation: How to Request Employee Status
Member Types:
Some ACEMAPP Clinical Sites allow you to connect directly as an employee. Applying to affiliate directly with the Clinical Site allows them to manage your ACEMAPP account and manage any Requirements or Learning Materials you may have already completed outside of ACEMAPP.

Taking A Survey
Member Types:
Your school or clinical site may occasionally send you a survey regarding your clinical education experience. Your feedback is critical to improving the clinical education process.
Managing Member Requirement Dates
Member Types:
As a school or clinical coordinator, you can enter individual completion and expiration dates for requirements. Bulk uploading requirement dates allows you to enter dates for multiple students at the same time.
Setting Entity Edit Permission
Member Types:
Students and School Coordinators must work together to ensure that information in ACEMAPP matches what is used by the school and clinical site. A student has control of the General Information in their profile. In some cases, schools and clinical sites will also want to have the ability to edit this information. Students must grant permission to their respective entity if the entity wants to be able to update student's general information. 
Learning Materials for Students & Faculty

Your school and/or clinical site requires you to complete courses and assessments prior to the start of your rotation.
Rotation Comments
Member Types:
Commenting on rotations is a great way to communicate with your school or clinical site partners regarding a specific rotation. Every comment made on a rotation will prompt an automated email notification to fellow coordinators within the same program.

Assure Member User Guide
Member Types:
ACEMAPP Assure is a professional document review service with personalized service and support. You are responsible for uploading your Assure requirement documentation for review. Documents are stored on a secure platform and can be accessed anytime by your file manager in ACEMAPP.
Entity Profile
Member Types:
ACEMAPP Entity Profiles provide a space for schools and clinical sites to share information about their facilities.
