Reviewing rotation requests is a vital part of coordinating clinical rotations effectively. This guide will lead you through various methods to review and manage these requests efficiently.
From your Home Page, click the "Rotations" tab.
Under the Actions column, click "Quick Decide" (gavel icon) to make changes to the rotation status.
A pop-up menu will appear, where you may quickly update the rotation status to "Pending," "Approved," "Denied," or "Needs Info" from the drop-down menu.
Once you have selected the correct status, click "Submit".
*If you do not want to decide on that rotation, click "Cancel" to return to your *Rotations Table.
From your Home Page, click the "Rotations" tab.
Under the Actions column, click the "Edit" (pencil icon) button.
The Rotation Request Edit Form will display the details of the request. Review the details to consider if you can accommodate the request.
The Conflict Checker can be used to ensure no scheduling conflicts with other rotations.
Click "Check for Conflicts". This will display any conflicting rotation requests based on the following fields:
Update the status of the rotation to "Pending," "Approved," "Denied," or "Needs Info" at the bottom of the form.
Once you have confirmed all details and selected the desired status, click "Save".
The school coordinator will be notified via email of your decision on the rotation request.
You have the option to comment on the rotation if additional information is needed or to provide any information you would like to share with the school coordinator(s).
From your Home Page, click the "Rotations" tab.
From the Rotation table, change the view to the appropriate rotation experience and status (Pending, Pre-pending, Approved, Denied, etc.). Typically, you will be managing the Pending rotations.
Search as needed to select the appropriate rotations. Select the rotation(s) by checking the checkbox on the left of the table in the same row as the rotation or select the top box to select all.
Once you have selected the rotations, click the "Select" tab, and from the drop-down, click *Bulk Decide.
The Bulk Decide screen allows you to view Rotation information (ID, Site, School, Program, Start & End Dates, Shift Times, and Type of rotation). You can change the Status and Unit in each row by clicking the drop-down.
Update each row as needed. Once finished, click "Submit" to save your changes.
