Download Student Contact Lists
Member Types:
Faculty and Preceptor members can download a contact list for Students assigned to a rotation with them.
Coordinator Communications Report
Member Types:
The Coordinator Communications Report enables you to generate and export partner contact results based on selected filters. You can also use the list of filtered contacts to broadcast message your partners important information.
Mentor & Mentee Contact Info
Member Types:
How to view your mentor or mentee's info (phone, email) to contact them outside of ACEMAPP.
Rotation Management View
Member Types:
As a coordinator, you can view all rotations associated with your organization and the program(s) which you are associated with. Note: You can only view rotations with programs you have a direct connection with in ACEMAPP. 
Directory Entities and Members: Student View
Member Types:
The Directory system allows your school to manage a list of affiliated Entities (e.g., clinical sites, schools) and Members (e.g., students, faculty, staff). This list is maintained by your school. If you have questions about any entity or member listed, please contact your school coordinator directly.
View Students' Personal Schedules
Member Types:
The Personal Schedule system allows students to input and track non-rotation events, such as class schedules. As a school coordinator, you also can view the schedules your students have created in ACEMAPP. If you want to learn more about this feature, please contact ACEMAPP Customer Support.
Upload Your ACEMAPP Requirements
Member Types:
Completing your ACEMAPP requirements is an essential first step toward participating in a clinical rotation. The documents you upload through ACEMAPP are available for your school coordinator to review.
Membership Period: How to Make a Payment
Member Types:
Your membership date is set by your School Coordinator upon registration into ACEMAPP, and is good for one year. This information is located on the left-side of your dashboard in the "Membership Period" window.
Help Desk and Training Info
Member Types:
ACEMAPP offers resources for new users, including regularly scheduled webinar trainings for registered school and clinical site users and the Help Desk, which offers step-by-step guides for all members. Managing Member Requirement Documents
Member Types:
ACEMAPP allows members to upload, share, and store documents. As a school or clinical coordinator, if a document is required by your school or clinical site, it will need to be approved. To manage requirement documents uploaded by your members, please follow the steps below.
Unit Availability Report/Calendar
Member Types:
The Unit Availability Report helps school and clinical site coordinators quickly identify which units at partner organizations have open slots for student rotations. By viewing availability in calendar, details, or general schedule formats, coordinators can plan rotations efficiently, prevent scheduling conflicts, match students with appropriate programs, manage resources effectively, and share availability data with preceptors or administrative staff.
Forms Report
Member Types:
The Forms Report allows school coordinators to view the total hours that students have logged for a specific course. This report also provides details on which forms were approved and the specific rotation ID number. You may view the results in your browser or export this data to a spreadsheet for your records.
Managing Member Requirement Dates
Member Types:
As a school or clinical coordinator, you can enter individual completion and expiration dates for member requirements. Bulk uploading requirement dates allows you to enter dates for multiple members at the same time.
Coordinator Case Log Report

ACEMAPP Case Log reports gather and analyze case log information into a user-friendly format.
Partnerships: Approve & Deny Requests
Member Types:
The Partnership Directory in ACEMAPP is where schools and clinical sites manage their partnerships. Use this tool to view and respond to partnership requests, upload or access partnership documents, and maintain accurate affiliation records.
Evaluation - Attaching to Rotation
Member Types:
To have an evaluation distributed with a specific rotation, attach an evaluation to that rotation.  ACEMAPP provides multiple customization options; please contact ACEMAPP to get an Evaluation to meet your specific needs.
