On your homepage, the Approved Rotations Within 3 Weeks table displays the following:
Clicking the "Assigned Members" button will display the names of the assigned members. If there are no assigned members and the button is red, clicking the button will take you to the rotation's manage page. From the manage page, click the appropriate member tab to assign members. For additional information on this process, please see our help desk guide: Assign Member(s) to Rotation.
Once a rotation has been approved, the rotation roster is sent automatically once all assigned members (students, faculty, preceptors, etc.) are compliant. If the roster has not been sent, please ensure all members have been assigned to the rotation and have completed all of their compliance items.
