ACEMAPP interfaces with Verify Students (by Corporate Screening) to simplify the compliance process for members. Verify Students is used for background checks and drug screens.
Please follow the steps below to create and/or link your ACEMAPP account to your Verify Students (by Corporate Screening) account.
From your Student/Clinical Faculty home page, click on the "Verify Students" logo in the "Vendors" window.
A new tab will open. Click on the green "Click to go to Corporate Screening / Verify Students" button to go to the Verify Students system.
NOTE: If you have a pre-existing account with Corporate Screening (Verify Students), add the email address used with that account to your ACEMAPP profile as an additional email address before proceeding. This will help to ensure a successful connection between the two systems.
On this screen, enter the promotional code provided by your school coordinator. If you do not have a promotional code, please contact your School Coordinator so they can provide you with the correct code.
Then, click "Continue" to proceed to your Verify Students account.
NOTE: The promotional code provided by your School Coordinator is required, as this identifies the type of package you will need (i.e., Background Check, Drug Screen, and/or ImmuniTrax).
The information in your ACEMAPP profile will be transferred to Verify Students to ease the account creation process. Confirm the shared information is accurate and enter the additional required data to start the background check, drug screen, and requirement verification process.
NOTE: If you already have a Verify Students account, enter your email address and password to create the link with your ACEMAPP account. The email addresses MUST match between both ACEMAPP and Verify Students to create a successful connection. If the email addresses do not match, please update your ACEMAPP profile with the email address used for your Verify Students account and then reattempt the connection (Steps 1 - 3).
