An affiliation is the connection between a member and an entity, such as a school or clinical site. Students and faculty are generally affiliated with a school, while preceptors, observers, and contractors are typically affiliated with a clinical site.

To approve the affiliation request, click the "Edit" pencil icon under Actions.
NOTE: Before clicking the "Edit" pencil icon, double-check the date listed under the Graduation Date column to ensure it is correct. If the date is inaccurate, please contact your entity's coordinator for assistance.
