The Directory system allows you to create and manage entities specific to your organization. This tutorial will look at adding and closing entities and attaching members to an Entity.

Adding Directory Entity

Step 1:

From the dashboard, click on the Directory tab, then Entities

Step 2:

Review the list of Entities to verify if the new Entity has already been created. You can use the search bar to see if it has been created or review the list. Once you have verified the Entity has not been created, select the Create New button.

Step 3:

Enter the Entity's name, select the status, and select the entity type. You can also enter additional details for this Entity on the form, including the address, contact information, and information on managing contract dates, site visits, and sharing across multiple campuses. Step 4:

Additional - Site Visit, Contract Dates, Primary Contact, Contact Info, Requirements You can select the Additional tab in the Navigation box to add additional information about the Entity, including the site visit, contact information, or additional requirements. Once you enter the extra information, click Save.

Step 5:

Next, select the Connection tab. To make this Entity available to other members, select the appropriate program here and click"Save".

Step 6:

An entity is not entirely connected if you see a Lost and Found button on your Directory Entity table. Click the button, then click the pencil icon for the Entity listed. Confirm the information. If you want to keep the Entity, add the program to the Connection tab. If you want to delete the Entity, go to the status field and move it to deleted or closed.

Closing a Directory Entity

Step 1:

From the Directory Entity table, click the Edit icon next to the entity you wish to close.

Step 2:

In the Status box, change the status to Closed.

Closing an entity will make that entity no longer available for further selection. However, any reporting or data already attached will continue to be accessible. Deleting an entity will make that entity no longer available, and any data attached will be LOST

Directory: Manage Members
The Directory system allows you to create and manage accounts specific to your organization. This includes adding programs, sharing across multiple facilities or schools, managing schedules, providing preceptor details, and license information. This also provides your students and faculty to view this directory list.
Directory Entities Document Upload
The Directory system allows you to create and manage non-ACEMAPP entities specific to your organization. Once you add a Directory Entity, you are able to upload documents specific to that entity. Once you add a Directory Entity and connect a Member to the Entity, you are able to upload documents specific to the member and entity connection.
