ACEMAPP Case Log reports gather and analyze clinical encounter information in a user-friendly format. This section summarizes all relevant information and provides several graphs to help you, as your locations coordinator, view specific data points.
From your home screen, "Case Logs". If you do not see the Case Logs button,
click the "More" button, then click "Case Logs" from the drop-down.
Select the "List" button under the "Actions" column.
On the Case Log Type screen, click the appropriate Case Log Type filter tab.
Click the "Case Log Report" tab.
Select fields to narrow down the information you would like to see.
Click the "Submit" button to run the report with the selected filters.
Scroll down to view the results.
You can change the view to a "Bar", "Column", or a "Pie Chart".
NOTE: To get additional information per graph, you can hover the mouse over each section to view details.
To print the report, click "Print."
