Requirement Configuration View
Member Types:

Requirement Configuration - View Only

Requirement Configuration allows coordinators to view how requirements, courses, modules, assessments, shared fields, SCORMs, and more are set up for your Entity in ACEMAPP. The Requirement Configuration is a "View Only" display. If you would like changes made to your Entity's setup in ACEMAPP, please contact us at at 844-223-4292.


Step 1:

To access the Requirement Configuration Display from your Home Page, click the "More" button and click "Requirement Config" from the drop-down.

Step 2:

On the Requirement Configuration Display page, you can see how your Entity's requirements, courses, modules, assessments, shared fields, SCORMs, and more are set up and how they will affect each member type and program.

On this page, you can apply filters to each column.

Step 3:

In addition, you can see details on the items you are delivering.

  • For Requirements, you can see any custom forms you deliver and any requirement descriptions delivered by clicking the "View" (eye icon) button.
  • You can see the requirement description for Tiered and One-Off requirements.
  • For Modules, you can preview how a member will see the information.
  • For Assessments, you can click the eye icon to look at the delivered questions and answers.

Assessments

While on the Requirement Configuration Display page, click the "Assessment" tab. Find the Assessment you want to preview.

In the actions column, click the "View" icon to open a view only of the Assessment. The 'Green checkmark' indicates that the answer is correct.

Module

While on the Requirement Configuration Display page, click the "Module" tab. Find the Module you want to preview.
In the actions column, click the "View" icon to open a view only of the Module.

SCORM

While on the Requirement Configuration Display page, click the "SCORM" tab. Find the SCORM you want to preview.

In the actions column, click the "View" icon to open a view only of the SCORM.

Standard, One-Off, & Tiered Requirements

Your institution may use any number of these requirement types.

  • Clicking on the requirement type will open the configuration table for that requirement.
  • If that requirement also uses a custom form, click the link to open a preview.

NOTE: Due to web browser and device variance between users, this may not be a true view of what the member sees.
