Rotation Compliance Report
Member Types:

This report will find all rotations that match and give you a list of the members, along with any requirements, assessments, or SCORM modules, per rotation.

Step 1:

Select the "Reporting" button from your Home Page on your navigation bar to open the "Reporting Dashboard."

NOTE: If you do not see the Reporting button, click the "More" tab on the navigation bar, and from the drop-down, click "Reporting".

Step 2:

On the Reporting Dashboard change the tab to View All, and in the search bar, type compliance to filter the results down.

Click on the "Run Report" button on the Rotation Compliance tile.

Step 3:

Enter all required fields:

  • Partner
  • Program
  • Member Type
  • Rotation Type

Select any optional fields:

  • Rotation Experience Type
  • Rotations Starting After date
  • Rotations Starting Before date

Step 4:

Click "Queue Export".

Download the Reports

Your Exports can be found in the "My Exports on the Rotation Compliance Report page, next to the Filters panel.

Step 1:

The Status will change from Pending to Completed when the export is available. Click the "Download" button, to download the csv.

View Filter Configuration

You can see what filters you selected for the export by clicking the "View Configuration" button.

A requirement is an item a member may need to complete based on their affiliation to an entity or rotation assignment.

The completion of all required items in ACEMAPP.
