Rotation Member Report
Member Types:

The Rotation Member Report is a way to view your members by rotation and information on the rotation.


Step 1:

From your Home Page, select "Reporting" in the navigation bar to open the Reporting Dashboard.

Step 2:

On the Reporting Dashboard, click "View All" and Search for your report name. Locate the report and click "Run Report.."

Step 3:

Depending on preference, select "View by Affiliation" or "View by Rotation" by clicking on the buttons in the upper-right corner.

Step 4:

The Filters will help narrow down your results by entering information in any of the fields below:

  • Start Date on or after -End Date on or before
  • Member Type
  • Program
  • Partnership
  • Experience
  • Rotation Status.

NOTE: These filters are not required to run this report.

When complete, click "Submit" to run the report and view the results.

Results

View Member Requirements

Click the "View Requirements" (eye icon) button under the Actions column to view a member's requirements.

Email Selected or Export

Step 1:

You can email members directly by clicking "Email Selected"or export the report and click the "Export" button.

Where the Email is selected and Export button is located in the results table.

Step 2:

To Export your results, choose from the drop-down menu to Export All or Export Selected from the table.

An Affiliation is a connection between a Member and an Entity.

Affiliations define Member Types and often include Graduation or End Dates.

The connection between Entities in ACEMAPP.

An active Partnership between two entities is needed to create a rotation in ACEMAPP.

A rotation is a scheduled clinical experience.

A requirement is an item a member may need to complete based on their affiliation to an entity or rotation assignment.
