ACEMAPP's Reporting feature allows administrators and clinical coordinators to pull information from within ACEMAPP. Coordinators can select from the multiple reporting options to build and save custom reports for regularly ran queries.
Each report contains a variety of filters. This will allow you to view, email, and/or export only the data you need. You can also download spreadsheets of any report to keep for your records.
To review all of the available reports in ACEMAPP, select "Reporting" from your home screen.
Select the "View Mode" for your reporting dashboard. The options are "View Mode: Classic," "View Mode: Custom Block," and "View Mode: Table."
Use the "Search" bar to locate reports by name or using words found in the report description.
Click the "Favorite" (star) button to add a report to your "Favorites" tab. This report will now be located in your "Favorites" tab in each View Mode.
Click the "Run Report" button to navigate into the report itself.
Selecting "View Mode: Classic" displays reports organized into five areas: "Featured," "Member," "Rotation," "Special," and "View All." Click individual tabs to change which reports are displayed.
Selecting "View Mode: Custom Block" displays two tabs - "Favorites" and "View All."
Customize your report names by clicking the "Edit" (pencil) button under each report.
Enter the "Custom Report Name" and "Custom Report Description." Then, click "Submit."
Selecting "View Mode: Custom Table" displays all reports in a single table.
