Adding a member as an employee of your organization will allow you to manage their requirements and assessments quickly. Additionally, this will enable the member to be assigned to rotations without the need to fulfill specific requirements.
NOTE: Employees must be directly affiliated with your organization rather than only through a rotation assignment.
Select "Members" from your home screen and select the appropriate member type under "Affiliation."
Search for the desired member from the member list and click the "Edit" (pencil) icon next to their name.
Click the "Affiliated Programs / Access End Date" tab in the "Navigation" menu.
Here, you will see all "Current Affiliated Programs" the member has with your organization. Select "Yes" in the "Employee" toggle for all programs in which the member is an employee.
Once satisfied, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
If your organization allows members to request an affiliation with you directly, a notification will appear on your dashboard for each affiliation request.
To review affiliation requests, click on the notification to go directly to the "Member Affiliation Manager".
Under the "Pending Entity Approval" section of the affiliation manager, click the "Edit" (pencil) icon in the "Actions" column for the member you wish to approve.
The approval process occurs on a per-program basis. You can also add a program to a member's account from this page.
Once you have made your decision(s), click "Save" to update the member's affiliation with your organization.
You can manage member requirements and assessments, by using the Employee feature.
Select "Members" from your home screen and select the appropriate member type under "Affiliation."
NOTE: Employees are only connected by direct affiliation.
Find the member, then click the "Manage" (gear) icon under "Actions."
Click on "Employee Requirements & Assessments."
The "Employee Requirements & Assessments" page displays the member's requirements, assessments, and SCORM courses. Here you can either manage the completion and expiration dates for requirements, toggle if the requirement is to be waived (requires the requirement to allow waivers at set up), view any uploaded documents, and enter or override dates for assessments and SCORM courses.
Enter the completion and expiration dates for individual items or "Set All" using the "Set All" buttons. Use the "Override All" buttons to update existing completion and expiration dates for assessments and SCORM courses.
Click "Submit" to save your changes.
