While logged in, click on your Name in the upper-right-hand corner of any page and select "Support" from the dropdown menu.
To create a new support request, click "Submit New Ticket".
Enter the subject for the situation in the subject line and a message. Within the message, describe your question or concern to the best of your ability. Once satisfied, click "Submit".
One of our Customer Support Representatives will review your ticket and respond as quickly as possible.
To check the status of your ticket, click on your Name in the upper-right-hand corner of any page and select "Support" from the dropdown menu. This tab will be orange if your ticket is still open and is waiting for a response from an ACEMAPP Customer Support Representative.
