The Rotation Data Report is a custom report based on the selected member type.
Click the "Reporting" tab from your home page to access the reporting dashboard.
On the reporting dashboard, locate the "Rotation Data" report under the "Rotation" tab. Click "Run Report."
Display Options
Select the "Member Type(s)" and "Rotation Program(s)" you would like to include. Click the "Generate Custom Fields" button to access any custom fields your organization uses. These custom fields can then be included in the final report.
Rotation Options
Select any of the optional rotation filters to narrow the report's results.
Load Partner Requirements
Clicking this button will allow you to select a partner's requirements to load, allowing you to choose those fields.
Field Selections
Choose any fields listed on the left under "Available" to include in the report. Click, or drag and drop these fields to the right so they are listed under "Chosen."
Once you select your options and fields, click the "Run Report" button.
NOTE: Please let the results fully load before sorting or exporting.
