Rotation Member Compliance Report
Member Types:

The Rotation Member Compliance report shows all non-compliant members by rotation and lists their incomplete requirements.

Step 1:

Click the "Reporting" tab to open the Reporting Dashboard.

Step 2:

Click the "Rotation" tab and the "Run Report" button on the Rotation Member Compliance report.

Step 3:

Select any filters to narrow your results. All filters are optional. Then, click "Submit."

Processing and Report Filters Panels

The Processing panel displays the processing status of this report. Please do not leave the page until it has reached 100%. The Report Filters panel shows your selected filters. Use the "Start Over" button to re-run the report with new filters.

Results

Please use the "Email Selected" button to message members and the "Export" button if you want to export the report.

Report Columns

Action Column:
This column includes the Manage Button, which opens the member's manage page, and the Requirement Button, which opens the member's Manage Requirements page.
Member First Name:
The member's first name
Member Last Name:
The member's last name
Member Type:
The member type.
Member Email:
The member's email address.
Clinical Site(s):
The clinical sites associated between you and the member.
School(s):
The school associated between you and the member.
Rotation ID:
The rotation (which opens the Manage Rotation page) associated with the member.
Rotation Program:
The program of that rotation.
Rotation Start Date:
Start Date of rotation.
Rotation Status:
Current status of that rotation (approved, needs info, pending.)
Incomplete/Expiring Requirements:
Here is the list of all incomplete/expiring requirements and those directly associated with this rotation.

Incomplete Member Report
The Incomplete Member report provides a list of any members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) that have not completed all requirements for a specific program. 
ACEMAPP Reporting
ACEMAPP's Reporting feature allows administrators and clinical coordinators to pull information from within ACEMAPP. Coordinators can select from the multiple reporting options and build and save custom reports for regularly ran queries.
Rotation Compliance Report
This report will find all rotations that match and give you a list of the members, along with any requirements, assessments, or SCORM modules, per rotation.
Assure Reporting
Please see the selected ACEMAPP reports that will pull Assure requirement data. Be sure to choose Reporting by "Rotation" and the "Assure Member" type where applicable or "Assure Package" for the (rotation) experience type.
