Running an On Site Report
Member Types:

School and clinical site coordinators can use the On Site report to view which members (students, faculty, etc.) are assigned to rotations at their site or partner sites on a specific date. Follow the steps below to access and run this report.

Step 1: Open the Reporting Section

Near the top of your home page, click the "Reporting" button from the main navigation bar to open the Reporting Dashboard.

Step 2: Search and Select the Report

On the Reporting Dashboard, click the "Members" or "View All" tabs and type "on site" in the search bar.

Once you find the On Site report, click the "Run Report" button.

Step 3: Choose Date and Apply Filters

To generate the report, select the date you want to check for member assignments.
Optional filters include:

  • Member Type

  • Partner Organization

  • Unit or Department

  • Other relevant criteria

Once filters are set, click the green "Submit" button.

Step 4: View and Share Report Results

After submitting, a table will display members assigned to rotations on the selected date.
From the top right of the table, you can:

  • Email Selected members

  • Export the full report or selected data

A rotation is a scheduled clinical experience.
