Requirement Configuration View
Member Types:

The Requirement Configuration Display in ACEMAPP allows you to view how requirements, courses, modules, assessments, shared fields, SCORMs, and more are set up for your entity. This tool is view-only, meaning you cannot edit configurations directly.

To request changes to your entity's configuration, please contact us at 844-223-4292.


Step 1: Access the Requirement Configuration Display

From your Home Page, click the "More" tab in the top navigation bar and select "Requirement Config" from the dropdown.

Step 2: Review the Configuration Overview

Once on the Requirement Configuration Display page, you can review how different components are configured for each member type and program within your organization.

You can also apply column filters to customize what is displayed.

Step 3: View Component Details

Each section below outlines how to view more information for different types of configuration components.

Requirements (Standard, Tiered, One-Off)

  • Click on the requirement type (Standard, Tiered, or One-Off) to view its configuration.

  • If the requirement includes a custom form, click the form link to preview it.

  • Click the "View" (eye icon) to see any descriptions delivered to members.

NOTE: Browser/device differences may affect how the preview appears versus how members actually experience it.

Assessments

  1. Click the "Assessment" tab.

  2. Find the assessment you want to preview.

  3. Click the "View" icon to see the full list of questions and answers.

    • A green checkmark indicates the correct answer.

Modules

  1. Click the "Module" tab.

  2. Locate the desired module.

  3. Click the "View" (eye icon) under the Actions column to preview how the member sees the module.

SCORM

  1. Click the "SCORM" tab.

  2. Find the SCORM course you wish to view.

  3. Click the "View" icon to preview the course.

The Requirement Configuration Display is a valuable tool for coordinators to view all components tied to compliance and training in ACEMAPP. You can:

  • Review requirements by type

  • Preview modules, assessments, and SCORM courses

  • Apply filters for better visibility
