The Rotation Announcement system allows announcements to be released and sent to both clinical and school coordinators when a rotation matches specific, pre-defined criteria.
NOTE: This is an optional feature, please contact an ACEMAPP Team Member to have this feature turned on for your organization.
From your home screen, click "Rotations".
On the Rotation page, click "Manage" and then select "Announcements" from the drop down.
Click "Create New Announcement".
Fill in all fields:
Click "Save".
Once you click save the screen will refresh, showing the navigation panel. In the panel, click "Configuration".
Set your configuration.
NOTE: You can have multiple configurations for one announcement.
