Requirement Ownership Report

If your entity is utilizing the Requirement Ownership feature, this report gives you a quick view and access to those members who have yet to be checked by an authorized user.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click the "Reports" tab. User home page highlighting Reporting button.

Step 2:

Click the "Requirement Ownership Report" tile. Reporting dashboard highlighting Requirement Ownership report tile.

NOTE: If you do not see the Requirement Ownership Report, please get in touch with an ACEMAPP Team Member. Requirement Ownership is a feature item and does require specific permission to access.

Step 3:

Select the appropriate view, "View by Affiliation," "View by Rotation," or "View by Course". Requirement Ownership output highlighting view by buttons.

Step 4:

Select the appropriate member type, i.e., Student, Faculty, etc..

Click "Run Report". Requirement Ownership output highlighting Member type selector and Run report button.

Step 5:

To view a member's Requirements, click on the "Requirements" icon to open that member's Manage Requirements page. Requirement Ownership output highlighting the view requirement button.

Step 6:

While on their Manage Requirements page, Under the Sign column, find the requirement(s) still needing to be locked and click the Box to lock that requirement. Manage Requirement page example highlighting the Sign column and checkbox.

A requirement is an item a member may need to complete based on their affiliation to an entity or rotation assignment.

An Entity is a School, Clinical Site, High School, Company, etc.

An Affiliation is a connection between a Member and an Entity.

Affiliations define Member Types and often include Graduation or End Dates.

A rotation is a scheduled clinical experience.

ACEMAPP Reporting
ACEMAPP's Reporting feature allows administrators and clinical coordinators to pull information from within ACEMAPP. Coordinators can select from the multiple reporting options and build and save custom reports for regularly ran queries.
Document Status Report
The Document Status Report allows you to review member requirement documents. This report displays the document status, when the document was managed, and by whom. If the document was denied, the deny note is also displayed.
