Unit Schedules Report
Member Types:

Step 1:

From your home page, click the "Reporting" button on your navigation bar to open the Reporting Dashboard.

Step 2:

Locate the Unit Schedules report and click "Run Report."

Step 3:

Click the "View" dropdown and select either "List" or "Calendar."

Step 4:

Set the "Show Assigned Student Info" toggle to "Yes" to show the assigned student's name and phone number in the report. If this toggle is set to "No," the number of assigned students will be displayed in the report, without the student names and phone numbers. Set the "Check for Conflicts" toggle to "Yes" to show conflicting rotations in the report. Apply additional filters if needed. Once you have set your filters, click "Submit."

Step 5:

After running the report, you can choose to Generate a PDF or Generate an Excel File. Once you have selected either the "Generate PDF" or " Generate Excel" file, you can download it for your records.

Step 6:

You can review and approve rotations by unit by clicking the "Rotation ID Number" and opening the Manage Rotation page in another tab. Click the rotation ID numbers listed under the "Conflicts" column to view the manage page for the conflicting rotation.

NOTE: You are only able to view rotations connected to your organization.

You can easily create 'Units' for your clinical institution, allowing you to have multiple units.
Community Benefit Report
This report allows you to track and report on the number of student hours hosted at the facility and/or health system. You can pull a report based on the active students, student slots hosted, or both during a specific time period.

Reviewing Rotations by Unit
When there are multiple units per program and multiple coordinators reviewing rotations, it is beneficial to sort rotations to review only the unit each coordinator is responsible for.
