Students must grant permission to their respective entity if the entity wants to be able to update student's general information.

Member Requirement Document Log

The Member Requirement Document Log gives entity coordinators access to various filters for viewing documents that have been uploaded by members. You can filter by "Display Approved," "Display Pending," and "Display Denied." Based on the filters set, ACEMAPP will pull all requirement documents for you to review and display audit data.

The Directory system allows your school to manage a list of affiliated Entities (e.g., clinical sites, schools) and Members (e.g., students, faculty, staff). This list is maintained by your school. Welcome Email: Resend
Member Types:
After you create a member's ACEMAPP account, they are sent an email verification message prompting the member to verify their email address. After the email address is verified, the member is sent a welcome email containing instructions on how to log in.
Rotation Advance Unit Setup
Member Types:
Units can have their own set of requirements set-up on them. To view how your units are set-up you can go to the "Edit Units" page and see all attached requirements
Send Rotation Roster
Member Types:
Once the roster for a rotation is complete, the rotation needs to be finalized by notifying the site of the roster. The roster can be sent automatically or manually once the clinical rotation is in "Approved" status and all assigned members are fully compliant. For the roster to send automatically, the "Is this Roster Complete" toggle must be set to "Yes." If this toggle is set to "No," the roster must be manually sent by clicking on the "Run Roster Sender" button on the rotation management page.
Submit Applications

ACEMAPP Applications may be used to request clinical rotations, connect with an entity as an employee, and observing/shadowing opportunities. Please follow the steps below to complete an application.
Rotation Member Audit

The Member Audit screen allows you to view a member's status and when that status has changed for that Rotation.
