Survey - Manually Sending Reminder
Member Types:
Built within the Survey system is the ability to send broadcast messages to members. From your home screen click on the Survey to open the Survey Builder screen. Click on the Reports icon found under Actions.
Send Rotation Roster
Member Types:
Once the roster for a rotation is complete, the rotation needs to be finalized by notifying the site of the roster. The roster can be sent automatically or manually once the clinical rotation is in "Approved" status and all assigned members are fully compliant. For the roster to send automatically, the "Is this Roster Complete" toggle must be set to "Yes." If this toggle is set to "No," the roster must be manually sent by clicking on the "Run Roster Sender" button on the rotation management page.
Taking A Survey

Creating A Survey in ACEMAPP

Creating a survey is a special feature available to school and clinical site users by request. Once created, surveys can be assigned to students, faculty, and/or preceptors. The ACEMAPP Team is available to assist you in the survey creation and distribution process.

Welcome Email: Resend
Member Types:
After you create a member's ACEMAPP account, they are sent an email verification message prompting the member to verify their email address. After the email address is verified, the member is sent a welcome email containing instructions on how to log in.
Vendor Lock
Member Types:
The Vendor Lock feature places a lock on a particular requirement that is updated through vendor integration. Enabling this feature will allow a manual override on a requirement that is normally updated through the integration with a partner vendor.
Rotation Rosters
Member Types:
Rotation rosters track which members (students, faculty, etc.) will be at each clinical site. The rotation roster gives the clinical site access to view the clinical rotation information, member compliance records, and member profile data.
Assign Member(s) to Rotation
Member Types:
When you assign a member to a rotation, they receive notification of the rotation details and are prompted to check their account for clinical requirements. Students or Faculty can access clinical site requirements only after being assigned to the rotation.
Event Creation
Member Types:
The Event feature built into ACEMAPP allows you to create events, rosters, and manage attendees. Please Note:  This feature is optional and must be turned on for your location.
Partnerships: Approve & Deny Requests
Member Types:
The partnership directory is where schools and clinical sites manage their partnerships in ACEMAPP. Use the partnership directory to manage partnership requests and partnership documents.
The Invitations System
Member Types:
The invitation system is used to create new member accounts and/or connect pre-existing member accounts to your organization.
Join a Community
Member Types:
Connect with an ACEMAPP Community. ACEMAPP Communities allow you to see news and updates and connect with recruiters from organizations you're interested in. You may be prompted to connect with an organization's community after you've been assigned to a rotation with them.

Awarding a Preceptor Certificate
Member Types:
Preceptor certificates are meant to serve as a token of appreciation from schools. The Preceptor Certificate indicates the clinical course and hours spent in clinical precepting. These hours can be applied to the recertification process for a preceptor. Preceptor certificates are located within your time log menu.
Referral Feature

Streamline the process and send referral requests to the organization you want to be added into ACEMAPP.
Download Student Contact Lists

Faculty and Preceptor members can download a contact list for Students assigned to a rotation with them.
Assure Member User Guide
Member Types:
ACEMAPP assure is a professional document review service with personalized service and support. You are responsible for uploading your Assure requirement documentation for review. Documents are stored on a secure platform and can be accessed anytime by your file manager in ACEMAPP.
Evaluation - Report
Member Types:
ACEMAPP's evaluation and feedback features allow for comprehensive reporting with cross-tabulation capacities.
Preceptor Time Log Review
Member Types:
The Time Log feature allows for students to enter and track their time with a Clinical Site and its preceptor. As a Preceptor, you may be required to approve these Time Logs.
Partnerships: Document Manager

ACEMAPP allows you to house affiliation agreements and other documents that may pertain to your partnerships, such as liability insurance records and policy documents.

ACEMAPP offers resources for new users, including regularly scheduled webinar trainings for registered school and clinical site users and the Help Desk, which offers step-by-step guides for all members. Upload Files into an Existing Rotation

You now have the option to upload files directly into a rotation. This can be a helpful feature when there are additional items or information you wish to provide to the partnering entity.
