The Personal Schedule system allows students to input and track non-rotation events, such as class schedules. As a school coordinator, you also can view the schedules your students have created in ACEMAPP. If you are interested in learning more about this feature, please contact ACEMAPP Customer Support.
From your home page, select the "Rotations" tab to open the Rotations table.
Click "Personal Schedule" and select the appropriate status (i.e., Approved, Denied, Pending, etc.).
The table will list students who have created a personal schedule in ACEMAPP.
Click the "Edit" (pencil) icon to edit or view the schedule in more detail.
In the "Edit" portion of the form, the information the student has entered for their schedule will be displayed. Here, you can make any changes you need to the schedule, then click "Save" at the bottom of the form to save your changes.
